The problem you are facing is common for the printers. All i was able to get was you're not able to Printer from Samsung Printer and It is showing Offline Issue.

For the problem solution follow the following steps-


Step 1: Checking for the Printer connection


Step 2: Updating with the Printer Drivers Files


Step 3: Install the latest software


Step 4: Reset settings for the printer spooler, and then restart your computer


Step 5: Try Adding a second Printer on it
