Croatia defender Josko Gvardiol has said his squad are determined to win Euro 2024 in honour of captain Luka Modric.
The tournament in Germany could be the 38-year-old's last major tournament after another successful season with Real Madrid, where he won La Liga and the Champions League. Guardiol said he is determined to win the trophy for Modric.
"I really hope this is not his last major tournament because I see that he is still in great shape," Guardiol told UEFA's website.
