According to Korean air, if you want to get or request the refund from British Airways you must follow a few steps:-
First of all you can go to their official website for any online browser that you were used.
Now scrolling down you will se various options just clicked on my trip option.
Now filling details like first and last name, reference number and other details that they were asked.
After login, select your flight with Korean air, to request the refund.
Now click on refund and continue button.
After that you will receive the confirmation notification on your email or registered mobile number.
